Two Courses. By Women. For Women.

Coming in January 2022: Authentic Leadership for Women, and Find your Voice and Kick Some Glass.

The new programs come as women still strive to break into more CEO and board positions in Louisville and across the country. Only a small fraction of Fortune 500 CEOs are women – 33 in 2019, up from 24 in 2018.  As Leadership Louisville Center president Cynthia Knapek learned from recent focus group research, “There seems to be a real need and want for more opportunities for women for elevating the pipeline of leadership.”

We will also examine some of the barriers that make it hard for women to rise in the executive ranks and share strategies to overcome these obstacles.
