The Leadership Louisville Center’s headquarters at 707 West Main Street is a world-class destination for leadership development – 10,000 square feet, renovated to provide the classroom space and modern technology needed to further our mission to engage and inspire a strong pipeline of leaders for this community. Leadership Louisville Center facility fees and space details
Outside groups are invited to use meeting and event space based on availability. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (early or late rentals must be approved and may incur additional costs) and reservations are typically confirmed no more than six (6) weeks in advance.

Classroom Full Day Standard – $1,300
Classroom Full Day Member/Nonprofit – $900
Classroom Half Day Standard – $700
Classroom Half Day Member/Nonprofit – $500
Conference Room Full Day Standard – $300

*Rental fees are due at the time of confirmation and include a $100 non-refundable deposit. If canceled, Leadership Louisville Center will refund fees less $100 deposit. We reserve the right to decline requests based on availability and conflicts with the mission or brand of Leadership Louisville Center.

KY SALES TAX CHANGES IN 2023: While we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit, Kentucky state sales tax changes beginning January 1, 2023 require us to add 6% sales tax to all facility rental fees. This will be reflected on invoices.
Edward Glasscock Leadership Development Classroom
The Classroom is a large gathering space equipped with modern AV technology, for groups from 25-100:

Breakout areas and small group meeting space
PNC Alumni Lounge includes a lounge area, multiple huddle spaces and the Riverview Cafe – great for small group collaboration and alumni visits.
Sandra Frazier Conference Room
The Sandra Frazier Conference Room is a private meeting room for groups up to 10. The room is equipped with a TV monitor and white boards and can host hybrid meetings.
