A virtual retreat with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute
Who it’s for
Individual contributors through upper management – all levels are welcome!
Why this course
Search Inside Yourself was developed at Google. Now, it’s available to everyone looking to sustain excellent performance or tap into outstanding collaboration.
This course helps people develop the leadership and emotional intelligence skills needed to intensify focus, manage stress, harness creativity, enable collaboration and improve resilience. As a result, you will gain better self-awareness, improve communication skills, and understand how to lead with compassion. Growing your competency in each of these areas also leads to increased well-being and happiness.
The program is highly interactive. It is approximately one-third content and two-thirds experiential exercises, including one-on-one and group conversations, attention-training practices, listening exercises, and writing activities.
- Develop the emotional courage required to lead others effectively.
- Build greater self-awareness to enhance your ability to manage your emotions, habits and behavior patterns.
- Increase your resilience and ability to respond to setbacks.
- Discover and hone the values that drive your actions at work.
