Participants will experience small group discussion, hands-on activity, and presentation bursts; as well as role play new tools and techniques. You will workshop a case study and have time to reflect on a project using the tools presented.
About the Facilitators
Karen Wunderlin is the President and Owner of The Wunderlin Company, a consulting firm that works with organizations to facilitate change, growth, and cultural development. For more than 28 years, she has combined her experience as an operating executive with her knowledge of group processes to help clients identify necessary changes and then implement them – on a personal, team, or organizational level.
From Fortune 500 companies to small nonprofits, she has worked with organizations of all sizes and scopes. This diverse experience has given Karen unparalleled insight and tools for working with organizations and teams focused on strategic growth.
Karen received her Bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has completed her Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate and her International Coach Federation (IFC) Professional Certified Coach credentials. She is certified in Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Birkman, and Hogan leadership assessments; and the Korn-Ferry Profilor 360-Degree Feedback tool. Her consulting experience includes change acceleration and leadership, executive coaching, facilitation, targeted workshop design, and strategic planning.
Christy Cox leverages decades of global human-resource and leadership-development experience to execute business results. As a senior HR consultant with more than 30 years working across multiple GE industrial operations, her experience covers strategic business partnerships with large groups of employees in locations around the world.
Her diverse background includes working with clients in information technology, marketing, product management and customer service. Christy enjoys applying her process orientation, strategic mindset, and creativity to solve tough organizational change challenges. Her work helps companies facilitate change, drive organizational effectiveness and boost leadership development.
Christy received her bachelor’s degree in Consumer Science from Miami University and her MA in Management from Webster University. She is Six Sigma Green Belt-certified, trained as a GE WorkOut Facilitator and graduated from GE’s executive leadership course in Management Development. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators.
