“I learned great deal about myself as a leader and how I have been focusing on the wrong things with my team. I now understand them better and how to open the possibilities for them to perform. The Core Needs approach that was presented is a fantastic coaching tool for creating results. I’d highly recommend Jeb Bates to facilitate your learning.”

“Jeb is awesome! A true professional who is very knowledgeable, mature, responsible and in touch with you as a whole person. He is sensitive, smart and kind — Jeb is not someone or something you listen or talk to… Jeb is someone you experience in a very deep, personal and professional way! Besides being a master of the materials, concepts and coaching, Jeb has a way about him that is disarming, charming, trusting and kind.”
