Paul Bolton joined the leadership team of the Leadership Louisville Center as Director of Business Development in March 2021. In this new role, he will serve as an ambassador to present the Center’s comprehensive suite of learning, development, and civic engagement opportunities to new audiences. Paul comes to the Center after working in higher education for the last 10 years, following early career sales positions with Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he served as Director of Admissions for Spalding University where he successfully led both strategic direction and complex daily operations, with a focus on the professional growth of people. His strength in leadership development and passion for changing the culture of how we do business will help the Center achieve its ambition to grow as a national thought leader in the field of social impact leadership.
Paul is a graduate of the Ignite Louisville Class of 2015, has a bachelor’s degree in communication from Spalding University, and a master’s of science in management from Sullivan University. He and his wife Michelle together have three children Brendan 17, Sadie 15, and Drew 14.
