Yamilca Rodriguez will share “Design Thinking” methodology – a framework that helps organizations create better, faster solutions to consumer problems. By using the Design Thinking approach, attendees will learn the importance of consumer understanding and defining the problems to solve, followed by practice in rapid prototyping to accelerate the innovation process.

Louisville Bespoke is a community that supports the development of fashion designers and entrepreneurs in Louisville.

Yamilca has held leadership roles in design across the Procter and Gamble Company, including work on brands like Olay, SK-II, DDF, Venus, and Oral Care. Throughout her career, she has worked on total market strategy, consumer design, product innovation and brand identity, and has led more than 50 design thinking and creative brainstorming sessions across multiple countries, brands, and categories. During her time with Procter and Gamble, she created a line of clothing, which eventually led to her current work with Louisville Bespoke.
