The Power of Passion and Perseverance

No leader is perfect. The best ones don’t try to be. Instead, they concentrate on honing their strengths and the complementary strengths of those around them. The best leaders accept that they are human, with strengths and weaknesses, and understand the leadership capabilities all organizations need. They find and work with others who can provide the capabilities they’re missing.
