Ryan Parker is a dynamic and accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in championing diversity, inclusion and equity strategies, most recently serving as division VP of diversity and inclusion for KentuckyOne Health.

Prior to joining KentuckyOne Health he was  chief diversity and inclusion officer at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, N.J. He served in similar roles at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Georgia Institute of Technology, University of Pittsburgh and the Association of American Medical Colleges in Washington, D.C.
