Think Like a Woman: Leading in the 21st Century

This interactive session will explore how organizations can recognize and nurture what are traditionally considered ‘feminine’ traits in order to develop the leadership competencies needed most to thrive in the 21st Century. Along the way we’ll bust some of the myths of women’s leadership and will provide a framework for leading with authenticity and courage. You’ll also walk away with a few new approaches to accelerate gender parity back in your own organization.
