The next window for submitting a proposal will be in early 2018, however, Encore Louisville still has capacity for more proposals before the end of the year. If you have a proposal that you believe is well-suited for an Encore Louisville team, please feel free to submit it.

Your proposal will be reviewed by a committee and submitted as an Encore Louisville or Ignite Louisville project as deemed appropriate. If you have a preference, you can indicate at the end of this proposal form which program you believe best suits your needs, but ultimately it will be up to a panel of graduates of both programs who will determine which is the best fit for your project.

  • About submitting a letter from your Board of Directors

    If chosen to make a pitch for an Ignite Louisville team you will be required to submit a letter of support from your Board of Directors via email to,

    All proposals will be reviewed by graduates of the Ignite Louisville and Encore Louisville programs. You will be contacted by a Leadership Louisville Center staff member after the next proposal selection committee meeting. The committee will review proposals and make a final determination as to which program is most appropriate. If selected by the committee, you must still make an in-person pitch to the class in order to be paired with a team, and not all proposals are ultimately accepted. It might be several weeks before you hear back from us, but feel free to check in on your status at any time by emailing
