Organized around the core skill of structured problem-solving, this executive education course takes leaders through four phases of a strategy project: defining the scope, structuring the problem, gathering and analyzing data, and developing recommendations. These core skills are supplemented with additional sessions on communication, managing strategy projects, and influencing skills.

About the Facilitator

Angela Lee is an educator & entrepreneur.  As Associate Dean & Chief Innovation Officer at Columbia Business School, Angela teaches highly rated courses in strategy, leadership, and innovation.  Her corporate training clients include Pfizer, Microsoft, Bristol Myers Squibb, Amazon, Verizon, and Unilever.

Angela brings 20 years of business experience into the classroom.  She started her career in product management, and then moved onto consulting for Fortune 500 clients at McKinsey and a boutique innovation consulting firm.  Angela is a serial entrepreneur and has started 4 startups.  She is also the founder of 37 Angels, an angel network that invests in early stage startups and activates new angels through a month-long investing bootcamp.
