About the Facilitator

Whitney Bishop is an entrepreneur, facilitator and trainer with a focus on guiding leaders to think differently, ask better questions and more effectively navigate change for themselves as well as the organizations and teams they lead.  Her experience in both the corporate and non-profit world, combined with her commitment to lifelong learning ensure an engaging, relevant and transformative experience for all those she serves.

Before leading her own consulting business, Whitney served in leadership roles within the nonprofit and corporate sectors.  Additionally, she serves as a business strategy coach, serving over 60 international social entrepreneurs each year. Whitney is a graduate of the University of Louisville College of Education and Human Development, earning her bachelors degree in Occupational Training & Development.  Her most recent certification is as Chief Question Officer, having been mentored and trained by Marilee Adams, founder of the Inquiry Institute, author and creator of the QUESTION THINKING™ Method. A lifelong learner, Whitney continues to enhance her expertise  in facilitation, training and coaching techniques designed to call individuals and groups up and out and into the best version of themselves. She serves as a Volunteer Faculty member for the Center for Nonprofit Excellence and serves as the lead facilitator for the University of Louisville LGBT Center Advisory Council.

 

Continuing Education Units (CEU)

At the conclusion of Green Room courses, the Leadership Louisville Center will provide the following documentation for CEU credit purposes: Date, record of individual attendance, course title and description, course/event agenda, facilitator bios, course hours, and educator signature.

This course has been approved by HRCI for 6.75 PDCs. The use of this seal confirms that the activities have met HR Certification Institute’s® (HRCI®) criteria for recertification credit pre-approval.

Approval is at the discretion of specific licensing boards or agencies. Leadership Louisville Center is a Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) approved provider.
