Building a Culture of Customer Obsession is next up in the Leadership Green Room, the Leadership Louisville Center’s calendar of workshops designed to help leaders develop, practice and master the leadership trade. Just as actors visit “the green room” to prepare for their moment in the spotlight, this new set of training courses, made possible by presenting sponsor Republic Bank Foundation, offers opportunities for individuals to execute at the highest level and enhance their professional capabilities for future success.

Zangari_Lisa_100x129aLisa Zangari is Director of Learning for the Leadership Louisville Center where she leads the strategy and development of The Leadership Green Room and the newly launched Executive Green Room. Prior to joining the Center, Lisa worked in New York City at ?What If! Innovation Partners as an innovation strategist where she partnered closely with Fortune 500 executives to develop new products, launch new ventures and nurture more innovative corporate cultures. She’s led numerous leadership development programs around the world for companies like AARP, Citibank, Disney, Hasbro, Pfizer, The Hershey Company, and more.

In addition to her work at Leadership Louisville center, Lisa is on the Board of New Roots, a local food access nonprofit and the Kentucky Center for the Arts Foundation Board.


At the conclusion of Green Room courses, the Leadership Louisville Center will provide the following documentation for CEU credit purposes:

Date, record of individual attendance, course title and description, workshop/event agenda, facilitator bios, course hours, and educator signature.

Approval is at the discretion of specific licensing boards or agencies.


Leadership Green Room workshops can provide professional development for individuals licensed to practice as a certified public accountants.  Our course completion certificate and materials provide the documentation required by the Kentucky Board of Accountancy for CPE credits.  The state board of accountancy has the final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
