A recent study by Gallup revealed that 21% of millennials say they’ve changed jobs within the past year (more than three times the rate of any other generation that responded). Further, only 60% of millennials strongly agreed that they planned on staying with their current company in the next year. This isn’t surprising given that they were also found to be the least engaged generation in their workplaces.
When asked what their employees could do to retain them, advancement opportunities was one of the most common response in a survey cited by Forbes – which shows how important building a growth culture is for companies like yours.

“Brown-Forman has been a long-time supporter of the Center, particularly the Ignite Louisville program. We believe it is an excellent way to develop important skills for our up-and-coming leaders who live and work here in Kentucky. The program teaches participants how to influence without authority, leverage diversity, diagnose issues, and lead change. Brown-Forman employees who participate in Ignite Louisville bring these leadership skills back to their day jobs and can apply their learning to the roles they have today and will have in the future.”
