If your nonprofit is ready for a Community Acceleration Team, fill out the application below. Our formal application period will take place in July 25 – August 29, 2022. You are welcome to submit the application at any time but you will not be notified of your status until the end of the formal application period. Thank you!

    If chosen to make a pitch for a Community Acceleration Team you will be required to submit a letter of support from your Board of Directors via email to,
