Registration is now open for this and four other Leadership Green Room courses
While traditionally only available at Columbia University, the Leadership Louisville Center has cultivated a partnership to bring an exclusive, one-time opportunity to this region’s business community. On September 28-29, the Executive Green Room will present Columbia Business School’s renowned executive education course, “Driving Strategic Impact.” This course will help high level leaders further develop the ability to analyze and resolve strategic problems and systematically address high-priority business issues. Facilitated by the Associate Dean & Chief Innovation Officer at Columbia Business School, Angela Lee, this course will be the first program offered at the new Leadership Center at 707 W. Main Street.
This course is one of five courses now open for registration in the Leadership Green Room & Executive Green Room, which are the Center’s suite of leadership skills development curriculum for all levels of leaders. Over 130 businesses have taken advantage of the leadership development offerings since the Leadership Green Room launch in 2015, providing a quality local partner to help build and develop strong leaders throughout the organization. The Leadership Green Room and Executive Green are presented by the Republic Bank Foundation.

ABOUT THE LEADERSHIP GREEN ROOM
The Leadership Green Room is a calendar of workshops produced by the Leadership Louisville Center that are designed to help leaders develop, practice and master the leadership trade. Just as actors visit “the green room” to prepare for their moment in the spotlight, this new set of leadership education courses offer opportunities for individuals to execute at the highest level and enhance their professional capabilities for future success. Workshops are designed for leaders at all levels, including executives, C-suite leaders, emerging leaders, new supervisors, and everything in between.
The Leadership Green Room allows the Center to play an ever more vital role in helping the business community develop their best talent, resulting in meaningful increases in leadership knowledge, capability and confidence among participants. The Executive Green Room brings world-class executive education to the region for leaders with significant management responsibility.
Beginning in September 2017, all Green Room courses will be hosted in the Center’s new location at 707 W. Main Street. Designed to be a nationally-recognized center for leadership development and social innovation, the new facility is surrounded by natural light and equipped with modern technologies and amenities. Participants will enjoy a learning environment that promotes the exchange of ideas and stimulates creativity. Visitors to Louisville have easy access to hotels and after-hours activities in the heart of downtown’s Museum Row.

Created in 1979, the Leadership Louisville Center is the region’s most valuable resource for leadership development and civic engagement.
