Cara Boardman is the new Talent Development Leader at the Leadership Louisville Center, responsible for trainings and workshops under the LeadingBetter brand including the LeadingBetter summit. She will also have a hand in facilitating and managing the Alice Houston Women’s Leadership Program.
Cara comes with over a decade of experience in education as a former high school teacher in Chicago and a corporate learning and development professional in Seattle and now Louisville. She is currently a member of Keen Dance Theatre and most recently performed a contemporary ballet with them at The Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts.
