Every year, Leadership Louisville Center seeks to address the most pertinent issue facing our city through our Bingham Fellows program. The 2022 class came together to better understand how to use what the past two years have taught us, the gaps it has uncovered, and the changes it has caused – to redefine what downtown can be and do for Louisville. After more than a year of analysis and study, along with stakeholder input and engagement, three initiatives are now moving forward to spur downtown’s resurgence – not to the same downtown that we were pre-pandemic, but to the right type of downtown to serve today’s needs and desires in a more welcoming and inclusive way.

Join us on March 9th to hear the why and how behind the three Bingham Fellows Class of 2022 projects:

  • CitySpots: Turning Spaces into Places
  • LouMoment Maker: Spurring art and culture across downtown
  • MELANaire Marketplace: Creating welcoming and equitable retail opportunities
