Those interested are invited to attend Happy Hour to learn more + Herd Scholarship available

Applications are now open for the Leadership Louisville Class of 2023, the 44th class of the nationally-recognized community leadership program. Since 1979, Leadership Louisville has been part of the fabric of our community, inspiring our region’s top leaders to take responsibility for the greater good. Now, more than ever, our community’s most influential and esteemed leaders must be knowledgeable about issues, well networked, and passionate about the success of the region.

Each year established leaders who are ready to generate meaningful social impact and contribute to the region’s growth and success apply for the program. Approximately 60 leaders are selected to participate through a competitive application process to represent the diversity of the Louisville region. Through the ten-month active learning experience, the class of leaders gain a true understanding of the people and issues shaping Louisville’s future and more importantly, how they can impact those issues.

Applications are open through April 29, 2022. Complete program and application details are available at The program will begin in July 2022 and run through May 2023.  For more information, contact Aimee Jewell at (502) 561-5221 or
