The Editor-in-Chief and VP of LinkedIn and a workplace engagement expert are the first two keynote speakers to be announced for the annual LeadingBetter™ Summit on May 22, 2024 from 8:30am-5pm, the Leadership Louisville Center and partner brand LeadingBetter’s signature event focused on inspiring and equipping leaders at all levels to be better and do better. Presented by sponsor PNC Bank and speaker sponsor Humana, Inc., the annual day of learning will be delivered as a hybrid event experience, with the opportunity to attend in-person at The Kentucky Center (501 W. Main St., Louisville, KY) or participate in an interactive virtual event, both with features that will leave participants feeling engaged, connected, and prepared to lead now and into the future.

This day for learning and growth is known for delivering powerful and relevant content from innovative global leaders. The 2024 event will include speakers addressing the most important and pressing challenges that leaders are facing, including:

LinkedIn Editor in Chief, Daniel Roth

Described by Business Insider as ‘the most powerful business journalist on the internet,’ Daniel Roth is the editor of LinkedIn – the world’s largest professional online network, focused on connecting professionals to make them more productive and successful.

Dan oversees 250 editors and writers, spread across 30 countries and 17 languages with news and insight posts reaching 550 million viewers a day. As part of LinkedIn’s global knowledge exchange, he’s interviewed Bill Gates, President Barack Obama, and hundreds of other headline makers.

At the Summit, Dan will address the dynamic and shifting demands of organizational leaders. He’ll draw from his experience at LinkedIn to discuss hiring best practices, job architecture, and tangible ways to achieve organizational goals. Workplace engagement expert and author, Justin Jones-Fosu MBA, CSP

Justin Jones-Fosu MBA, CSP is a workplace engagement expert, author, and CEO of Work. Meaningful., who advises some of the biggest names in the Fortune 500 and organizations across the globe on how to take ownership of their mindset, purpose, and performance to achieve amazing results.

He combines over a decade of leadership, his real-life experience, and research to help leaders merge their purpose and productivity to achieve more of what matters in their professional and personal lives. The 2024 LeadingBetter Summit will be hosted at the Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, 501 W. Main St., Louisville, KY, with a virtual event option available. Save $200 per ticket with special ‘super early’ discounted registration (limited to single-ticket purchases) through December 8, 2023, or until the first 100 tickets are purchased.
