With LeadersOnline you will have, at your fingertips, access to 1300 members of the Leadership Louisville Center programs - a group of individuals with a demonstrated interest in leadership. The resulting insight and relationships generated from an online community of leaders is priceless to you and the our community.

Leaders in Action Humana employees partner with Atkinson Elementary students
On a visit to Okolona Elementary during this year's Leadership Louisville "Education Day", Jon Kerekes (LL '08) of Humana saw firsthand the impact adult volunteers could have on a school's success.
Inspired by what he saw, Jon presented the idea to a Humana community outreach team. After researching several schools, Humana employees learned about Atkinson Elementary students who participate in a national ballroom dancing program.
