Sustainability for SeniorCare Experts
Fleur de Three helped SeniorCare Experts develop a Strategic Plan. The plan served as a tool to guide day-to-day operations as well as establish strategies for growth and long-term sustainability in the ever growing senior services market.
The strategic plan included a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis, a Needs/Goals assessment, definition of the targets (volunteers, elderly to be served, etc.), mass communication strategies (videos, presentations, newsletter, etc.), board leadership and development, and a timeline. The team also recognized the organization's need for new offices and assisted SeniorCare Experts in securing new space.
