When to Apply

Applications for the Leadership Network Class of 2009 (beginning in October 2008) are open now through August 20, 2008.

How to Apply

Interested parties must submit the online application (available on July 1) which includes essay questions.  In addition, the following items are required to complete the application:

• A recommendation form from the chair of your board of directors.  Please instruct chair to use our Online Recommendation Form.
  

•  a photograph suitable for use in publications.
  
• $25 non-refundable application fee.

Applications are not considered complete until all items are received.  No other documents will be considered.

Deadline

All materials must be submitted to the Leadership Louisville Center no later than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 20. 

Notice of Selection

Applicants will be notified of the selection decisions after Labor Day.

Tuition

Tuition for this program is based on a sliding scale, which is tied to annual revenues of the organization:

$500,000 - $999,999                    $1,000
$1,000,000 - $1,999,999             $1,500
$2,000,000 and higher                 $2,000

Program Calendar

The program begins October 10, 2008.  Program days are held on Fridays.  See the complete Class of 2009 Program Calendar.  We require a commitment to attending program days.
