Dreams with Wings helps individuals with mental retardation, developmental disabilities and autism to contribute to their community and pursue their dreams. The Link helped Dreams with Wings:

form partnerships for employment with 5 major local retail chains and 80 other employers

establish board policies and identify prospective new board members

develop a data management system for tracking donors, volunteers, clients, staff and employers

establish an endowment fund
-
build an accessible ramp
-
design/landscape a green space at Dreams
-
reinvent the Dreams Café's concept via a partnership with Sullivan University's culinary program, and successfully promoted it
