The Ignite Louisville experience

Ignite Louisville is the only program of its kind in our community and is among only a handful in the nation. It is a 7-month program that prepares emerging leaders to build better organizations and a better Louisville. The program offers:

  • Opportunity to learn from and interact with leaders from Louisville’s major corporations such as Yum! Brands, Inc., Norton Healthcare, Brown-Forman Corporation, UPS, Northwestern Mutual and the U.S. Army
  • Access to contemporary leadership concepts from established community leaders
  • Hands-on lessons in leading effective teams as part of a competition benefiting local nonprofits
  • Connections with classmates that expands personal and professional networks
  • Inspiration and opportunities to affect change in our community
