Application Details - Ignite Louisville

When to Apply

Applications for the Ignite Louisville Class of 2009 (beginning in October 2008) will be open April 1, 2008 through May 19, 2008.

How to Apply

Interested parties must submit the online application (available on April 1) which includes essay questions. In addition, the following items are required to complete the application:

A completed online application. Once your application is begun online, it must be completed in one session. The application process automatically times out after 20 minutes. Only online applications will be accepted. Follow these steps to make the completion process as smooth as possible:
- Download and print Preparing your Ignite Louisville Application (pdf) prior to applying online. This document details the information you'll need to complete the online application.
- Prepare your answers to the five essay questions in advance. You may compose your responses in Word or another word processor and copy and paste your responses into the online application.

$25 non-refundable application fee is required to complete the application

Applications are not considered complete until we receive these items. No other documents will be considered. All materials must be submitted to the Leadership Louisville Center no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 19.

Notice of Selection

Applicants will be notified of the selection decisions in July.

Tuition

Tuition for this program is $3,500.

Program Calendar

The program begins with a new class orientation in September and a mandatory opening retreat in October. Program days are held on Thursdays. See the complete Class of 2009 Program Calendar . We require a commitment to attending program days.
