Making their Mark
Leadership Louisville Center's 2009 Ignite Louisville teams "Make their Mark" on eight local nonprofits.
The select group of young professionals in the Ignite Louisville class are challenged by Bill and Rob Samuels of Maker's Mark Distillery to make their mark on our community.

The class is divided into teams and each team designs, coordinates and executes a project in concert with a local non-profit.  At the end of the program, projects are judged by a panel of esteemed leaders and a winner is chosen.

Ignite Louisville teams gain invaluable leadership experience and expand social capital by tapping into a network of their peers. Their work benefits the community and many participants continue to work with their partner organizations long after their projects continue.

Check out the impressive results of this year's teams and find out who won the Make Your Mark Challenge. Many of the projects are continuing, so if you are inspired by their work and would like to support a project, contact information is included below.
