What are the time commitments involved?

Participation in the Ignite Louisville program requires a commitment to attend each of the monthly sessions, October through April, in their entirety.  Click here to review the dates.  The opening retreat will run from the morning of Thursday, October 17 until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 18th and it is required that you are present for the entire two day event.  Missing any part of the opening retreat will disqualify you from the program.  Program days from November through April begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude by 5:00 p.m.  Missing more than one program day (or equivalent hours) could result in dismissal from the program

A major component of the program is the Yum! IGNITES Louisville Challenge, which is a small group community service project that puts my leadership learnings into practice. This project will require time outside of program days, and it is mandatory that each participant is actively engaged with his or her project. Learn more about the Yum! IGNITES Louisville Challenge.
